2 CITROËN CB


Citroën 2 CB was a thought automobile to massively motorize the French population, mainly to the rural one, under one simpre philosophy; to transport by the highways of the time four passengers and one basket of eggs without these last ones were broken.



In 1936 Citroën it had the occurrence to design a car with very Spartan expositions; the chassis would be of aluminum tubes, the gear box also in alloy and the wood platform. In 1966 it appeared first AZAM 6, with a new cc and 28 motor of 602 CB, that allowed him to arrive until the 110 km/h from speed end. In 1970 the electrical system happened to be of 12 volts, two years later appeared 2CV 6 with a yield of 32.5 CB and 115 km/h, with new calender of four you lick of white color or black mate, according to versions.



In 1982 it finalized the production of 2CV in the factory of Vigo and beginning to impotar itself from France with a 35 motor of CB, 120 km/h of speed end and disk brakes in the front wheels. The production of 2CV in France finalized in 1.987 and it stayed in production in Portugal until 1990. This long period of manufacture turned into 5º sold car more of history.
